Porfyr of Sweden was established with the purpose of making traditional Swedish craftsmanship accessible through timeless jewlery. Each collection tells its own story, inspired by local tradition, timless design and the northern Swedish landscape.

At the center of each creation lies a porphyry stone from Älvdalen, valued for its natural colors and characteristic unique patterns. By reinterpreting the historical allure of porphyry craftsmanship from the early 19th century, with inspiration drawn from antique works and royal objects, Porfyr of Sweden creates jewelry that is both traditional and timeless.

To celebrate the heritage of northern Dalarna, each piece of jewelry is handmade using old techniques, and the finest stones are hand-picked in our forest.
